Every business has a scattered paper trail online. Some of it you created, most of it you did not. The build starts by collecting what exists: your name in each variation it appears, every address version, every phone number, and every website URL sitting in directory databases.

Then we settle on one exact record — the name, the street address, the suite, and the phone number, written the same way every time, down to the punctuation. That single version becomes the standard. From there we build your listings across 40+ directories, built in your name — yours to keep. The logins are yours. If you leave, you take them with you, which is not how most citation packages work.

Conflicting records get corrected or claimed where the platform allows it. Where a duplicate cannot be removed, we document it so you know it is there. Each month we re-check the set and flag records that drifted, which happens when a platform pulls data from a source that has not caught up.
