One consistent version of your name, address, and phone is worth more than a large directory count. We build your listing across 40+ directories, built in your name — yours to keep. That last part is the whole point. The accounts are created under your business email, and you get the logins at the end. Nothing is rented back to you.

Before anything is submitted we settle on one exact version of your name, address, and phone, down to the suite format and the punctuation. Every submission uses that version, character for character. A single stray abbreviation is how a duplicate record is born.

We also hunt for the mess already out there: old addresses from a previous shop, a listing with the owner's cell number, a duplicate created by a vendor you fired. Those get claimed, merged, or corrected where the directory allows it, and documented where it does not.

You get a spreadsheet at the end listing every directory, the live URL, and the credentials. To be plain about the limit: this is a build, not a subscription that watches them forever. If you change your phone number next year, the records will need another pass.

This is for the business that has moved, rebranded, changed phone systems, or bought out another shop. All four leave a trail of stale records that quietly argue with your current one.

It also fits newer plumbing and electrical companies with almost nothing out there. Two years in, a good reputation locally, and a public record so thin that machines have nothing to corroborate.

Then we lock the exact name, address, and phone format with you in writing. Nothing gets submitted until you sign off on that string.

Submissions go out in waves during onboarding, because directories verify at their own pace and some mail a postcard. As each one goes live it gets added to your sheet. At the end you get the full list and the logins, and the records belong to you whether you stay with us or not.

Verification is the slow part and it is out of our hands. Some directories confirm in a day, some send a postcard to your address, and a few phone the number on file. We chase every pending one until it resolves or the platform refuses, and the sheet shows the status of each so nothing sits forgotten.
